FrequentlyAsked Questions

Does AMC cover all CCTV brands? â–ŧ
Yes. We service Hikvision, CP Plus, Dahua, Honeywell, Godrej, Samsung and all other brands under all AMC plans.
What if my DVR or camera needs replacement under AMC? â–ŧ
Under Total Care, HDD and DVR replacement labour is covered. For Basic and Advanced, parts cost is at market rate (no margin added) and labour is discounted.
Can I upgrade my plan mid-year? â–ŧ
Yes. We calculate remaining value from your current plan and apply it as credit toward the higher plan.
Is payment monthly or annual? â–ŧ
All AMC plans are contracted on annually purpose but payment has to be done either monthly or quarterly.
What is not covered? â–ŧ
Physical damage from accidents, floods, pest damage, or tampering by third parties is not covered. Damage to walls or electrical systems discovered during work is also excluded.
